Vertical casting cylinder is the main component of aluminium alloy casting equipment. It is widely used in semi-continuous casting machine, which refers to the production equipment of aluminum alloy ingot that adopts semi-continuous casting process (ie, preset ingot length, batch casting process).
In 2004, EOOE produced the first one. In recent years, we have reached strategic cooperation with some well-known foundry enterprises in China, specializing in the production of self-guided and anti-rotation vertical casting cylinder. At present, we have successfully produced: 30T、50T、80T and other types of vertical casting cylinders, stroke ranged from 7m to 13m.
Guarantee of Precision
We use American SUNNEN honing machine to control the precise of cylinder barrel and piston rod; In addition, the special transportation track and test well are also used to conduct the test which last up for one month, which to ensure the stability of the product.
Cylinder Barrel
The inner honing machine we used is from SUNNEN Company (America)，and the full length deviation of barrel ≤0.05mm.
Plunger
The external honing machine we used is also from SUNNEN Company (America), the full length deviation of plunger ≤0.03mm.
Guide Key
We finish processing of guide key in one time, deviation ≤ 0.02mm
